移动技术与图书馆服务的融合

移动图书馆为读者提供了方便快捷的一站式检索功能,实现了与图书馆OPAC系统的无缝对接、在线阅读或下载图书、个性化服务与设置,实现了"碎片化"阅读,增进了读者与图书馆的互动。移动图书馆作为数字图书馆的延伸和发展,是图书馆服务的新方式。从基本概念、工作原理、服务方式3个方面对目前国内移动图书馆进行了分析,提出了高校图书馆移动服务平台的发展方向。     

轨道车辆PT温度传感器振动检测实验台结构设计

为了检测轨道车辆PT(铂)温度传感器在振动条件下的性能,设计了轨道车辆PT温度传感器振动检测实验台。根据传感器实际工况确定了实际工况模拟条件以及振动检测实验台机械结构。应用ANSYS软件对关键部件进行有限元分析,CATIA软件对各部件进行建模。实验仿真曲线表明,该检测实验台能准确模拟PT温度传感器的实际振动工况。     

民国精神的形成与中国共产党的继承超越

辛亥革命以其磅礴的气势和高昂的斗志,铸就了广为赞颂的辛亥精神。而时代的发展与历史的演进,又在新的社会历史条件下凝铸成更具时代内涵的民国精神。正是这一时代精神,不仅拓展了辛亥革命更为深远的历史价值和深层意蕴,而且也为中国共产党的不断发展与壮大提供了强大精神动力。与此同时,中国共产党又紧握时代脉搏,将凸显时代内涵的民国精神继续拓展提升,进而实现了近代以来中国社会更为巨大的历史跨越。     

Collaborative Network Security in Multi-Tenant Data Center for Cloud Computing简

A data center is an infrastructure that supports Internet service. Cloud comput the face of the Internet service infrastructure, enabling even small organizations to quickly ng is rapidly changing build Web and mobile applications for millions of users by taking advantage of the scale and flexibility of shared physical infrastructures provided by cloud computing. In this scenario, multiple tenants save their data and applications in shared data centers, blurring the network boundaries between each tenant in the cloud. In addition, different tenants have different security requirements, while different security policies are necessary for different tenants. Network virtualization is used to meet a diverse set of tenant-specific requirements with the underlying physical network enabling multi-tenant datacenters to automatically address a large and diverse set of tenants requirements. In this paper, we propose the system implementation of vCNSMS, a collaborative network security prototype system used n a multi-tenant data center. We demonstrate vCNSMS with a centralized collaborative scheme and deep packet nspection with an open source UTM system. A security level based protection policy is proposed for simplifying the security rule management for vCNSMS. Different security levels have different packet inspection schemes and are enforced with different security plugins. A smart packet verdict scheme is also integrated into vCNSMS for ntelligence flow processing to protect from possible network attacks inside a data center network     

Cloning,sequencing of the HSC70 gene in Ctenopharyngodon idella

A cDNA encoding heat shock cognate protein 70(HSC70)was cloned from liver of grass carp(Ctenopharyngodon idella)(GenBank JF436930).This cDNA was found out to contain2 346 bp in length,including 1 950 bp of complete coding sequence encoding 649 amino acids(aa),plus 89 bp of 5′-UTR and 307 bp of3′-UTR.Analysis of its genomic structure revealed that its corresponding gene contained seven exons and six introns.Homology analysis indicated that it shared 99%of identity with HSC70 of breams and 86%of identity with HSP70 of Drosophila.Fluorescent RT-PCR analysis revealed that at 28℃,this gene was expressed in abdominal fat,muscle,intestines,brain,middle kidney,head kidney,gonads,swim bladder,liver,heart,spleen,gills,and fins with expression level in liver being the highest(p0.05),followed by that in the gonads;at 36℃,its mRNA expression level was increased at first but then decreased thereafter under heat shock stress,indicating that its expression can be regulated by heat shock.In conclusion,cloning and expression analysis identified a cDNA encoding a constitutive HSP70 gene that is expressed in many tissues of Ctenopharyngodon idella and its expression was down-regulated by heat shock.     

音乐元素在全媒体时代广播运营中的作用

在广播事业发展的进程中,音乐广播的各个方面都发生了相应的变化。在音乐广播节目运营的过程中,音乐元素发挥了越来越重要的作用。音乐广播节目为了扩大市场占有额,提高收听率,获得更多的受众,也开始采用融合多元化的音乐元素、创新节目形式等手段来推动广播的市场运营。只有将音乐元素立足于受众需求之上,不断利用新型媒介手段和新颖的节目形式,紧跟时代步伐,音乐广播节目才能获得良好的收听效果,才能长久地运营下去。     

对称Helmholtz声源圆柱形波导的声学谐振特性

为了构造增强型驻波声场分离烟气颗粒,设计了一种具有对称Helmholtz声源的圆柱形波导驻波增强发生装置.以柱腔的谐振频率作为Helmholtz共振器的共振频率制作声源,通过理论和实验研究了该装置柱腔的共振频率随谐振阶数的变化、驻波的时空变化和声能分布,比较了有无Helmholtz声源装置驻波的时空变化,并通过实验展示了烟气颗粒在装置中的分布特征.结果表明:装置运行在设计频率时能够实现共振;一对相反相位Helmholtz声源在柱腔内产生了强驻波,在相同条件下,其强声场区的最大声压幅值是同相位的2.75倍,是无Helmholtz声源时的13.3倍,使烟气颗粒产生了聚散性分离.该装置具有结构简单、驻波品质高、声压强度大等优点,因而可广泛用于烟气颗粒分离.     

基于声辐射控制的驾驶室内声场优化

针对板结构的声辐射控制,在小振幅简谐振动情况下,以声辐射模态、直接边界元理论为基础,分析得出结构表面法向振速幅值是影响板结构声辐射功率和辐射声压的主要因素.以某挖掘机驾驶室为例,建立考虑座椅的驾驶室声学边界元模型,通过对板件声功率贡献分析,确定驾驶员右耳处主要峰值频率下声功率贡献突出的板件区域.针对声功率贡献突出的板件,以各板件表面法向振速均方根值的加权值最小为目标函数,建立优化数学模型,进行声场优化.结果表明,多个目标频率下声压响应峰值都有显著的下降.因此,采用所提出的优化方法可有效地控制驾驶室内辐射声场,具有显著的降噪效果.     

面向混合内存体系结构的模拟器

提出了一种基于全系统模拟器gem5的混合内存系统模拟器的构建方法.构建混合内存系统模拟器时,首先在gemg5中添加一层混合内存控制器结构,然后引入NVMain中的新型非易失性内存模型与gem5原生DRAM内存模型一起挂接到新添加的混合内存控制器上.实验结果表明,该方法能够实现构建混合内存系统模拟器的目标.     

热处理对B1500HS钢激光拼焊板力学性能的影响

利用单轴拉伸试验机、扫描电子显微镜、能量色散谱仪、光学显微镜、维氏硬度仪等研究了热处理前后B1500HS钢激光拼焊板的淬火性能.结果表明:热处理前B1500HS钢拼焊板焊缝强度远高于母材区,硬度分布极不均匀;热处理后,B1500HS钢拼焊板的元素分布几乎没有变化,整体强度有了大幅的提高,但塑性下降程度较大,其中横向塑性最差,经维氏硬度测试,发现焊缝至母材区的硬度过渡平滑.硬度值平滑过渡使得应力和应变分布更加均匀,保证了母材和焊缝力学性能的良好连续性,可以显著提高B1500HS钢拼焊板的成形性能.
